Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Infinite Cyberspace Hub (“we”, “us”). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide cybersecurity packages, managed security services, IT support, penetration testing, training, and related consulting services as described on our website and in any agreed proposal or statement of work.

2. Packages & Payments

Monthly packages are billed in advance. Payment is accepted via M-Pesa (Business Number 222111, Account 028000057218). Services commence only after payment confirmation. Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may be updated with reasonable notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and timely access required for service delivery
  • Maintain your own backups unless backup services are included in your package
  • Ensure authorised use of systems we are protecting
  • Notify us promptly of any security incidents

4. Service Levels & Response Times

Critical incidents under Standard and Premium packages are targeted for response within 15 minutes during monitored hours. Actual resolution times depend on the nature of the issue and client cooperation.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we use industry best practices, no cybersecurity service can guarantee absolute protection against all threats. Our total liability for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information received from the other party.

7. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, aligned with internationally recognised principles.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate monthly packages with 30 days’ written notice. We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment or material breach.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
